    Hi,

    can I buy Polar upgrade from Basic to Ex.

    All polar products have been discontinued, apart from their library support. This means you cannot buy a Polar license nor a Polar upgrade between Polar licenses. The only option for Capture Polar licenses is to upgrade to Capture Argo. Then once you have done that you can upgrade to a higher Capture Argo license like from Basic to Extended that you need.

    Its worth doing, and a very reasonable price. Now the upgrade price from basic to extended, thats another matter!
