Capture Argo - licensing issue

    Hope someone can help.

    I have Argo Solo running fine on my Mac. I need to install it on my Windows laptop as well, but when I try to install the key file I get an error "A key file with the same name is already installed. Do you wish to replace it with the one selected?"

    Installed where - not on this PC!? Answering yes does nothing?

    Anyone know what this means and what I need to do?

    Info I forgot to include yesterday...

    I did have Capture Polar installed but I've removed it (the key file has gone). I also checked the Registry and there was an entry for the Polar key file...I removed the Capture Polar registry entry as well.

    Still getting the same error, and there's no other copy of the key file as far as I can see!
