No color beam for Martin fixture

    Hi all,

    I downloaded a demo version of Capture Polar for evaluation purpose. My PC is connected via the Enttec Pro interface to the DMX output of my lighting controller. After some problems with recognizing the Enttec interface and trying to understand the set-up of Capture, it seems to work quite well now.

    Except, the beam of the Martin MX-10 or MAC Krypton displayed in Capture remains white all the time, no matter what DMX value is sent on the color wheel channel. Gobo's are displayed correctly though.

    Any idea what could be wrong here?

    Hi Alain,

    I've had a look at both the MAC-10 and the Krypton and they seem to behave well, so I'm not sure what the problem might be. Have you verified that the DMX values transferred from your controller make sense? If you cannot resolve the issue, please e-mail library@capturesweden.com and we will find the cause for it!
