Capture to Argo upgrade today issue

    Hi I just upgraded and when I open up Argo all of my viewports are white and I can't do drag any objects or do anything. I opened up a show I did on capture and its all white with the same issues. Anyone else have this problem?

    I don't even have the view ports labeled, also when I put the project name it remains highlighted and no matter where I click in the design field it remains highlighted.

    Hi,

    That would be a typical video card / driver problem! Check for video card driver updates.

    My video card is up to date. I had no problems with Polar. will it not work on this computer now?

    Hi,

    Capture Argo uses more / other features of OpenGL than Capture Polar. If your video card and / or driver does not support these features then Capture Argo will not run on that machine. Which graphics card does your computer have?

    Hi,

    Then I would recommend trying a driver update directly from NVidia.
