Problems after updating capture

    Hello there,

    I was running Capture Argos Solo 20.1.10 along with ShowBuddy and Enttec DMXis controller and everything was working.

    After I upgraded to Capture Argo 21.0.8 and a day later to 21.0.10, my Enttec DMXis controller can not be found or detected.

    Wondering what can I do to get this fixed, I already contacted Enttec and we are working on possible causes and solutions but we are running out of options and since this happened after I updated Capture, I'm thinking it could be a bug causing this problem.

    im running a Mac OS X Yosemite 10.10.3

    Hi,

    There may be useful information inside Capture's log file, which you could send to us. On Mac OS X:

    - Click on the desktop (activates Finder)
    - Go to the menu, choose Go / Go to Folder..
    - Write ~/Library/Logs and click on Go
    - Send use the Capture.log file
