    I found it'wiil useful add option cast atmosphère option on fixture, like cast shadow

    to remove some parasite on render

    Hi,

    If the purpose is to remove some kind of rendering artefact, we would rather fix that problem instead.

    I Agree with the need of this option,

    Sometimes I would like in a live render to light up some scenery or stage with floodlights but I don't want them to affect the atmosphere.

    Another example is ledpars into trusses or that light coloumns. I just want to render the coloured truss or coloumn without having a spill of light.

    Yes this is a head ache for lighting scenic elements of stages or whole stages. Especially when the lights are at front of house and your camera view is also from front of house, you end up looking thru a halo tunnel and this is rendering the entire time. The only way to fix it is to change the render setting for the entire view which ruins the look of the fixtures facing the camera on stage. I agree that this should be a per fixture option
