    Hi,

The link you provided is broken. I suggest you send the file directly to support@capturesweden.com instead.

Was a solution to this issue posted? I have a similar situation ("internal error") in version 21.1.33 when saving. I can occasionally incrementally save if only modifying a fixture position/orientation.

I have several large DWG models that have been imported. The .c2p file is now 271 MB (277,936 KB). If I delete a large model, I can perform additional edits and save without issue.

Is this a memory issue? I am running in Win7 with 16GB on an HP ZBook 17.

    Thanks in advance.

Well if the issue was memory shortage then it has been solved by the release of 64-bit Atlas which handles file saving differently. We hope you have been informed about your options to upgrade from Argo to Atlas.

I don't have the time available in my schedule to upgrade to Atlas on this program at this point. Probably on the next project.

Staying with Argo, if I upgrade my memory (currently 16GB) , what would be a recommended capacity?

    Thanks!

Capture Argo is 32bit so it will not change anything if you upgrade your hardware memory. By the way if you upgrade to Atlas you can import your Argo project, but again you will find this out when you actually upgrade in your next project.
