I´ll ask for the the crash report option because I miss that when Capture crash.. All the work is away if I forgot to write a new file.

This week was buying the update to Basic and I did not save my time with using Capture - but this was the initial point. That will be my failure too, but I wish to have the option to automaticly save the file and also to generate at the same step a new file and answers to my questions please. Normaly I save a new file if I want to like to save my Capture work. In the beginning of using the Software was a lot of crashes and I do not know whats happen - sometimes there was no way to reload the file. That is the reason why I save new files if I want to save each time. But it is a scream if I forgot to save. I run Capture on a Workstation Laptop with a NVIDIA Quadro 3100 and I every time start Capture with this card. In my case in this moment I can not start my Capture work from yesterday and I don´t know why again. If there is a way to automaticly save in a rythm of 5 or 10 or 15 minutes a new file I will be happy more than now. because now I´m sad..

    My System:

    SCHENKER W504

    NVIDIA Quadro K3100M 4096MB GDDR5
    Intel Core i7-4810MQ - 2,80 - 3,80GHz 6MB 47W
    16GB (2x8192) SO-DIMM DDR3 RAM 1600MHz Crucial Ballistix Sport
    500GB SATA-III SSD Samsung 840 EVO Series (MZ-7TE500BW)
Microsoft Windows 8.1 64 Bit deutsch - Updated to WIN 10 Home

    Thanks for answers!

    Hi,

The crash report feature has not been removed from Capture (for Windows). If you get a crash but no crash report, then that is an indication of a crash caused by drivers, most probably video card drivers. So the first thing to do is if you can install newer drivers from NVidia.

    What can I do now?

    Hi,

Your video card is a laptop video card - are you sure that you are using the NVidia video card and not an on-board Intel video card? If you send the Capture log file to support@ we can help you verify this (it is located in your user's home folder, right above the Documents folder).
