Importing DWG

    I am importing a floor plot from a DWG file. The file comes in HUGE. Like 100x the size of my plot. How do I know how to scale this properly, so it's the right size in my plot? I'm guessing it has something to do with the Drawing Unit? But how do I know what to put in there?

    Thank you so much! I'm working with an architect, so I want to make sure things are positioned exactly correct.

    Hi,

    Ultimately only the architect knows what drawing unit was used - ask him what it means if something is 1 long in the drawing. If he replies 1 foot, then enter 1' as the drawing unit, if he replies 1 mm then enter 1mm!
