    Hi All

    Having a major issue with the latest Capture Argo Solo. If I open a new file the view screens are black. If I open an existing file the view screens have a weird static on them.

    Version 21.1.32

    OS - Windows 10 Home

    Intel i7 2.6GHz 64bit

    Any thoughts would be hugely appreciated. It was working fine and now has done this.

    Hi,

    This will be video card / driver related. It may be that recent Windows updates have caused the change in behaviour. I would suggest manually downloading the latest drivers for your video card and not letting Windows use it's default.

    Hi,

    I'm having the same problem on a fresh install of Atlas on my laptop. Software and library are up to date.
    Everything seems to work fine (all buttons working, even those hidden in the black screens ; console patch is detected...) except for those blacked views.
    Graphic drivers are up to date, Nvidia settings are forcing the laptop to use the GFX card instead of integrated card.
    Intel core i5-4200 @ 1.60 Ghz
    GeForce GTX 735M
    8 GB RAM

    Tried reinstalling, no success.
    If I remember correctly (I ended working on my desktop computer and forgot about it for a while) I had the same problem with Argo, since updating to Win 10.

    Oh, and it appears I have the exact same problem with Capture component in Avolites Titan software.
