Has anyone gotten the Hog3PC offline editor to connect to Capture Polar? I'm using the latest builds of both and reinstalled the Hog3 Connectivity package for good measure.
I think the network connection to the visualizer machine is good (it seems to talk with other apps), but the DP connection emulator never launches.
thanks, john

Hi John,
Have you enabled Hog3PC connectivity within Capture? If not, go to:
Tools>Options>Connectivity>Enable Hog3PC Support
Double click to the right of it and select Yes from the menu. You will then need to restart Capture. Once you do, the DP window should appear on the screen as capture launches.

Thanks Robert. I did have connectivity enabled, didn't do the trick.
I tried a clean install on a different machine and it worked, that'll work for now.

I have a similar issue.
Hog3PC Connectivity is set to 'Yes'. But when I open HogPC3, I don't get the HOG DP Connectivity window opening.
I had the problem, reinstalled windows, removed the entire contents of the Flying Pig and Capture Polar and old Capture directories, Reinstalled capture and Hog3PC. and still no luck.
Any help? Regards Mike!

It seems to have stopped working for me now! I'm running v3.0.3 of the Hog conn-app which worked fine with a Capture release a couple of months back, but not anymore. Don't know which version of Capture it stopped working in.

Hi all,
After some investigation we have drawn the following conclusions;
- Hog 3 PC connectivity was broken with version 2.1.3 - There is no workaround - a new Capture release is required - The "Wholehog DP" component has become significantly more stable and we will remove the option to turn it on or off
Hog 3 PC connectivity will be restored with the next service release, within a few days.
