Saving Plots as PDF

    Is there a way to save a plot as a PDF instead of printing it? I've gotten around this in the past by screen-shotting the plot and cropping out everything else but I feel there should be a way to export it as a PDF. I see in the manual how to export plots, but it only says how to make them and print them. Anyone find a way to save plots to your computer to email them? Thanks!

    I totally forgot when you have the option to print you also have the option on that screen to save as a PDF. We are good!

    Hi,

    Where's that option? I can't seem to finding anything that gives me the option to save to PDF. When I click on print to file, the only option it gives me is print to XPS.

    When I'm on the plot and hit "print" at the bottom of the print window next to "show details" it says "PDF" in a drop down menu. If I click on the drop down menu, it gives me the option to "save as PDF". I'm on a Mac but I assume if you're on a PC, there's a way to do it as well!

    Your assumption is correct. I'm PC.
    I noticed that I didn't have pdf creator in the printer options menu. Now that I have the app installed on this machince, I'm able to print to pdf. Horay!
