I am trying to create a custom drapery that would be used to cover the ceiling of a gymnasium. The center of the space would be a 15' diameter circle truss with drape connected and then extended outward to the parameter of the room. It needs to be narrow in the center of the room and then full width (10' wide) as it reaches the outside of the room. It would also need to have a natural sag as it would since it is hanging parallel to the ground.

A request would be to add more function to the current curtain in Atlas including top width and bottom width as well as convex/concave adjustments.

    Suggestions would be appreciated.

Since Capture is for visualisation and not for drawing complex shapes, you should draw your stage, or that drapery in another program like Sketchup or Auto CAD and Import your model into Capture, where you can add a material to it. In Sketchup for example there are a lot of plug-ins (e.g. Ropefall) available which could be used to draw catenary curves, so you can create the natural sag.

    All the best
