version 22.1.7 on mac is not showing power information for fixtures. if i click the info tab, weight is shown but not power consumption. power consumption is also not shown in the fixture properties tab or the fixture tab. I'm updating to the latest public release to see if this is resolved. has anyone ran into this before?

When i starting a new show file in the latest public release of capture for mac , and drag a single fixture in, fixture does not show power consumption. Can someone from capture look into this or let me know why this is? i require this information to do power plans

    Hey strobie,

What fixture are you using for this example?

When you say power consumption, are you referring to watts? If so,have you looked at Optics in the Properties window of the fixture? Here you'll see Lamp model and load (watts) / voltage, lens degree. Is this what you're looking for?

    Best,

Yes I have checked this. As stated before, fixture power information does not show up anywhere except in fixture reports. This is a bug and has been reported in the Facebook user group. But thus far has had no response from capture. Hopefully they are aware of it and are working to fix it in the next public update. It seems to only be an issue with Mac.

Did you only report the bug in the Facebook user group?

The Facebook user group (and this forum) is to connect to users and is not the support channel of capture.
If you want support from capture you have to contact them via support@capturesweden.com as mentioned by martinp.
This is how (and the only way) you get in to their ticket system and get their attention.
