    Hi,

    I currently use Wysiwyg and was thinking of moving to Capture. First I have some questions.

    Can Capture tell you the total power used by the lighting rig and create other power reports ie. Total load per circuit? I can see there is a power rating for fixtures in ‘Equipment reports’ but no mention of power in the fixture properties. Would you have to do this yourself by exporting to MS Excel?

    Can reports be created showing weights for individual trusses or areas?

    Can anyone show me an example of a CVS export in excel? The demo wont export

    Finally, I would like to create some plots and produce some paperwork on a few projects before investing the full version. I would not need to connect a console, or produce any renderings, just the Plot and paperwork.

    Is it possible to make plots in 'Solo' with more than one universe? Or is it the case that you can only add, for example, 512 x PAR cans to your plot and no more as that will be more then 1x Universe?

    Hi,

    Capture doesn't really create power or weight reports no. Some information is included in the reports though, but there are no secrets beyond what you can readily see.

    The demo should export CSV without problems using the "Export Data.." option in the file menu.

    The universe count limitations apply to all aspects of the software, not just visualization. Hence you can use as many fixtures as you want in your plots, but you can only patch them to one universe.
