    I there a way that I can measure distance in a project?

    Use the Distance tool. It's in the "Built-in" section in Capture 2018 and at the bottom of the list of folders in older versions of Capture.

    You can either set it's length from the "Selected Items" window or you can Ctrl+Click on one of the arrows and drag it to the length you need.
