    Bit baffled 

    When i mannage to get capture to recognise the desk by opening Magic q on the same pc im having alot of delay on the desk end as in the desk is taking time to release playbacks. had 2019 working with the desk before and since using various showfiles with no issues 

    any suggestions or help would be greatly appriciated

    Since we have not changed anything related between Capture 2019 and Capture 2020 I would encourage you to check with Chamsys first as they will have a better understanding of what causes Magic Q to freeze. Feel free to post the answer here in case others are affected too.

    I can confirm that MagicQ PC and Capture 2020 on the same (even on another PC) gives no problems and no delay.
