How to up upgraded Capture 2020 with Capture 2019?

    how?    i have

    Capture 2019 Quartet

     

    Since the 3rd of February we are in our so called 'grace period'.

    This means that all New Licenses of Capture 2019, or Version Upgrades to 2019 from previous product versions, will be upgraded to Capture 2020 free of charge (once it has been released)!

    Edition Upgrades to higher Capture 2019 Editions are excluded. Instructions on how to upgrade for free will be emailed to license owners after the release date. There will be no exceptions made to the announced period so as to be fair with all our users.

    All Capture licences that were eligible for a free Capture 2020 upgrade, have been upgraded and sent to their owners through email. In case you were eligible and have not received your upgraded licence key file, could you have a look in your email's junk folder in case it ended up there?
