    Hey,

i am looking for quite some time for truss corners to build a saddle roof saddle roof, as we use many stages build with them.  saddle roof

I forwarded my request to capture.se and atlabase.com but haven't got any reply since.

I didn't managed to get them to work by myself either. What i found was that part in the manual:

    https://www.capture.se/Ma...ing-from-vectorworks

The manufacturer got DWG files online but i cant figure out to 'export an “Instrument Data” file using the “All” setting'

Is anyone able to get them to work or know a company that offers building fixture like that?

Those are the parts i am looking for: Gobal Truss: F34C30-85L   F34C30-85R   F34C30-95L   F34C30-95R

It does not have to be Global Truss, there are more companies that build them like that.

    Thanks

Unfortunately, the truss parts you are requesting are not available in our library at the moment. You may download the 3D models from global truss website
    https://globaltruss.de/en...outlet-right-85.html

(their Download zip file contains all your requested parts)  and import what you need in your model. It's in our radar to add missing truss types, but I can not promise you any date just yet.

Could you also provide us with the tickets numbers of your requests to capture.se and atlabase.com in order for us to investigate the matter since we answer all the incoming requests asap?

Thank you for your answer. I am completely aware that there are way to many fixtures out there to cover everything. I am very happy with the information that someone looks into it and it might get added at some point.

I do not have a ticket number yet, i just followed the instructions in the FAQ:

    " When you're missing something
If you are missing anything from our library, please e-mail library@capture.se and we will help you out. "

Similar for atlabase.com, i used their contact form to forward my question.

In both cases i sent a copy to myself and can pass them to you via pm if that helps.

Again very happy about your answer, thanks.

Once you send an email to support@capture.se or library@capture.se you instantly receive a reply with a ticket number that you may use to follow your request. Just for the records I have checked all the incoming mails and could not find any from your email account. So either your emails have not left your computer or maybe they were blocked from another application or you have used another email address. Anyhow, if you have any other questions or requests feel free to contact us.

    Stay safe!

Sorry that i answer so late, that whole lockdown bulls**t is hitting the show industry quite hard.

Thank you that you checked for my mails, good to know that there should be an automated reply. I will use a different mail provider next time.
