I am looking for connecting MA 2 on pc (without MA-lighting hardware) to Capture 2020 locally. Is it possible and if yes, how to do so (ArtNet, Sacn, Ma-Net 2)?. I think that the connectivity page that I read about 100 times does not give a lot of information about which setup has to be made to connect to capture locally (on the same computer).
I am using a demo version of Capture. Is there any restriction in this version that would prevent me to do so?

the answer is no, without MA hardware is not possible to output any signals from the OnPc, exept Ma3d
From Capture's connectivity page, under MA Lighting grandMA 2
" Therefore you cannot receive DMX from grandMA2 onPC unless you have MA hardware connected. "
