Recording Palettes into Titan v13 problem

    Hi All,

    Firstly - apologies for the nebie question, I'm new to Capture and my first post here :).

    I'm working with Avolites Titan v13 and just got my license for full Capture. I'm trying to "Record" Palettes from Capture into Titan, but nothing is coming into Titan at all. 

    I can record a CUE from Capture 2020 into Titan, which does import into the show library along with the thumbnail view, but If I try to record any palette from Capture, absolutely nothing comes into Titan. 

    They are networked together with no issues as both see each other and whichever programmer I am in, is shown in the other. Patching, fixture manipulation, programming etc is all working as expected.

    Any ideas what I'm doing wrong ?
    (It's probably an ID10T error on my behalf I'm sure !)

    Are you selecting any fixtures and altering their state through the console pane in Capture before saving the palette? If you do please make sure you email us at support@ since we might need additional information or files.

    Hi Vangelis,

    Ok, I have found that 2/3 of my problem was newbie ID10T errors - happy to admit that ! :)
    I have though found a definite issue. I can import CUE's, Position & Colour palettes with no problems, but Gobo palettes just will not record properly from Capture 2020.0.41 to Avolites Titan v13.0, even after changing values in Capture.

    Gobo palettes record into the Show Library in Titan with no thumbnail and not into the Gobo's Palette Window.

    Any thoughts ?

    We haven't changed anything relevant recently, so maybe you should check with Avo first? Make sure you let us know the outcome here or at support@
