License upgrade issue

    Hello everyone.
    Looking for some advice.
    I recently upgraded my Duet license to Symphony. The key that was sent is the same file name as my old key, so I just replaced it.
    Upon opening Capture and directing it to the new key, the software still says Duet. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Capture software. Same problem.
    Am I missing a step? Anyone have experience and advice for this?
    Should the new key be a different number/file name?
    Any help is appreciated!

    Windows sometimes do magic things. Could you rename your new key file to 2021.cky and install it one more time?
