I would suggest you manually delete your old library. To do this, you need to delete Library.c2z and Library.c2z.fp files in the "C:\Users\AppData\Local\Capture 2021" folder. The AppData folder may be invisible in which case you may need to tick the View/Hidden Items option in the explorer.
Once you complete the above step, you need to have a fresh library download and then install it to Capture.
