Hey,
Is it possible to implement 'things' in the Capture Library? For example I want to make my own 'people' in Smith Micro's Poser, but I first want to know if I can use those files in Capture...

Hi viero,
Capture can import 3DS and OBJ with materials. I couldn't make out of their tech specs on the web (in fact I couldn't find any specs at all) if they support any of these formats, but if they do it should be perfectly possible!

Hey Lars, thx for the answer, apparently the files are OBJ > great succes! Is there a tutorial (or a chapter in the manual) were I can find the work-a-round to implement those files in Capture?

Hi viero,
It's quite simple actually - once you've exported your design to OBJ, you just open it from Capture using File / Open (to start from scratch) or File / Extract (to merge it with your current project).
I would recommend that you download trial/demo versions of both softwares to verify that everything works according to your requirements before proceeding with a purchase!

Hey Lars,
thanks for the answer!! It helpes me a lot! I'm already a (basic, not yet extended :p) capture user (and I don't regret it). I'l try the poser demo and see if it works as it should.
Thank you very much!
