Capture file icons are white !!!

    Hi,

    After upgrading to Big Sur, several months ago, and since then, all my .c2p files have lost their capture logo  icons. After several Capture and OS updates, they remain white. I'm attaching some screen shots so you see what I mean.

    Any ideas?

    Have you tried reassiging the file type to Capture once again?

    I’ve just tried to reassigning the file type to Capture again but icons remain white.

    This issue is with my user!!!

    I created a test user and the icons are fine. Going back to my user, icons are blank again.

    Hi Vasilis,

    I thought the problem was solved but after my last post I started having the same issue with my temp user. It's not a big problem, I have been working with blank icons the past weeks, it's just that it's very odd not having Capture icons on my files.

    But the main reason I'm writing again today is because I just bought a new mbp 16" and after installing Capture on this new computer, new account user from scratch, what was my surprise? On this new computer runing Monterey I'm having the same blank icons!!! So now I'm I can tell there is on issue on your side or from Apple.

    I'm attaching a screen shot.

    Btw, I did the get info thing selecting always open this type of files with Capture. It's on my screeshot.

    Hope you can fix it.

    Hi Vasilis,

    I was hoping to have the issue solved in Capture 2022. I'm making my first steps with it and I can confirm that I still have blank icons with the new version. Not a big issue but very annoying.

    Hi Vasilis.

    My icons are back !!!!

    After installing the iPad app on my M1 Macbook Pro to test it on the Mac, Miraculously my icons appeared back!
