I would love to be able to edit all text in a report
so often i use placeholders for custom lights, it would be great to just edit the name

or sometimes i use extra lights to amp up the render, but dont want to have to seperate those with layers

another option would be to be able to (quickly) export to a spreadsheet format, that way you can edit what you want and the info in capture would be intact. 

Yes and have Templet Reports that kan be imported or set ''as mine standard/default'' 

Those are fair points, but a lot of things you are suggesting are already possible.

You can insert a report into a plot (in Capture 2024), merge a report from other documents, or create a template Capture file with already-made reports.

You can also adjust how certain items are named if you make use of Report items.

If you need an item that does not exist in the library, rather than using a placeholder fixture, why not ask the library department to create that fixture for you because the turnaround time for that is really fast (a couple of days maximum)
