Hi,
once ive imported a model, how can i use it in other project files? Do i have to import it again and again or can i make a custom library for all my imported models?

Once imported and edited to your liking, save as a separate project (with only the layers and geometry you need), so you can import it easily into other projects. Use Import model... and choose your Capture Project file.
