I managed to connect Capture to a physical Eos today with no problem at all. I suspect one of my issues was that I did not have an external network present. Also, I have since been on the ETC forum and they have recognised a problem connecting the OLE to Capture which they say they are working on, although this was a few weeks ago and there hasn't been a bug fix as yet!
For anyone else experiencing trouble, ETC say that the work around is to open their OLE in Client mode first, then exit and open in the Offline mode.
