Imagine you are facing an issue and you are not sure if you should be doing something differently or if Capture misbehaves. It could be something unsupported in Capture, or that requires additional configuration. MA 3 Viz key/missing universes in Capture

Hello,
I&39;m using Capture with an MA 3 Viz key (v2.2.1.1) and Loopback Psuedo-Interface 127.0.0.1 on my pc laptop.
I have (16) universes available to me, but am only seeing connectivity for universes 1 and 2 as well as 15 and 16. There is no connectivity for universes 3 through 14.
Can you please explain what is causing this issue and how to remedy.

Hi everyone,
I’m experiencing an issue with installing my license. Yesterday, I updated from a duet license to a quartet license. Today, I uninstalled the old license from my PC and attempted to install the new one, but I realized I wasn’t connected to the internet. After connecting, I tried reinstalling the license, but received an error message stating that there have been too many attempts and to try again later.

Mouse cursor dappeared

Sometimes when I use Capture my mouse cursor disappear on the screen with the software. The cursor is visible on my other screen. When I restart Capture the software will work normal. I thougt this was a problem of my laptop but it happend also on my new PC, RTX 4080 super.
Maybe somebody have the same problem or have a solutions for this problem. S
