Grace Period: Wednesday 12th of March until Wednesday 23rd of April
Prerelease Access: Thursday 13th of March
Release Webcast: Tuesday 22nd of April
General Release: Wednesday 23rd of April
During the Grace Period, any purchase made on our webshop, or through a reseller, is entitled to a free upgrade to Capture 2025. Valid purchases include any of the following:
- New licences of Capture 2024
- Edition upgrades between Capture 2024 editions
- Version upgrades to Capture 2024 from previous versions
The upgraded key files are emailed automatically on the day of the release, without any action required by licence owners. No exceptions will be made to the announced Grace Period dates to ensure fairness and transparency for all our users.
The release of Capture 2025 also marks the end of support for Capture 2019. This means that from the 23rd of April onwards there will be no upgrade path available for purchase. However, any Capture 2019 users who upgrade now during the Grace Period will receive a free upgrade to Capture 2025 on the 23rd of April.
